Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM)

It is the largest university in Latin America, located in Mexico City. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site that was designed by some of Mexico's best-known architects of the 20th century. Murals in the main campus were painted by some of the most recognized artists in Mexican history.

Museo Nacional de Antropología

The National Museum has been the center of Mexico history, since its opening in 1970. The museum contains significant archaeological and anthropological artifacts from the Mexico's pre-Columbian heritage.

Vicente Guerrero Grupo

El Proyecto de Desarollo Rural Integral Vicente Guerrero de Tlaxcala, Mexico is a group that fights to protect the human right to one's own food choices. It is a community that contains and supports campesinos, and goes into legal battles against GMO representatives.

Sierra Norte

Los Mancomunados de la Sierra Norte de Oaxaca is where our mountain trip will be located. The Sierra Norte is the mountain range in Oaxaca that houses Zapoteca communities. This trip allows you the unique experience of learning about indigenous communities in the cold mountains.
